Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy.  If 30 days have gone by since customer’s purchase, unfortunately Esval Models cannot offer the customer a refund or exchange.  

Esval Models does accept returns for items a customer may have ordered that do not meet expectations, but customers will be responsible for returning these items at their expense. Shipping costs in these circumstances will not be refunded.  There is no re-stocking fee. Orders paid with money order or check may receive in-house credit or will be refunded with a company check. Orders paid with credit card, PayPal or other electronic payment options will be refunded within five (5) business days.  The following conditions must be met:

All items may be returned for any reason EXCEPT 'special order' items

Customers must call or e-mail for Return Authorization

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition received

All items must be MINT in their original package and free of any price stickers, etc.

Please include order number or name and address with any returns, so credits can be promptly applied

Customer MUST include either a copy of the original invoice OR mention the invoice number and the items being returned on a piece of paper with complete address.

Items purchased with a credit card will receive a refund to customer’s credit card. Items purchased with a check or money order will receive a refund check or in-house credit.

A customer will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, any orders that require a replacement where a customer received an incorrect item, an item in a wrong scale, or incorrect color will be shipped within five (5) business days.  In such circumstances, Esval Models will reimburse the customer for return shipping costs in a form of in-house credit and will not charge any additional shipping costs.

DAMAGED, MISSING & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Esval Models accepts all damaged and/or defective items.  If there is any issue with the shipment from the date the package shows as “delivered” by the carrier, Esval Models must be notified if there is anything missing or damaged within three (3) days of receipt of shipment according to the carrier’s tracking number.  The following conditions must be met:

All damaged items must be reported within three (3) days of receipt.  Please contact us via email to discuss your options.

If item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging materials. Postal service may need to do an investigation before we can issue a refund.

If item appears to have a manufacturing defect, please keep the item in its original box.

If the shipment is missing altogether after the tracking number shows delivery, we must be notified immediately so an investigation with the carrier can be initiated.

Any orders that require a replacement will be shipped within five (5) business days.  In such circumstances, Esval Models will reimburse the customer for return shipping costs in a form of in-house credit and will not charge any additional shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once customer’s return is received and inspected, Esval Models will send the customer an email to notify him/her that Esval Models have received returned item. Esval Models will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the requested refund.

If a refund is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product(s) to reach the customer, may vary.  When shipping an item, customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Esval Models cannot guarantee that we will receive returned item(s).
